Massage is a time-honored way to restore and replenish. It’s an ideal therapy for stress management, or simply to encourage relaxation. Deep Tissue Massage (also known as Trigger Point and Neuromuscular Massages) A deep tissue massage utilizes slow direct pressure to release tensions, eliminate pain and relax tight muscles. The pressure is moderate to firm.  This treatment is great for releasing those “knotted up areas.”

Kates Method Stretching

Is an all-natural, painless stretching technique that uses the body’s built-in intelligence and self-healing mechanisms to provide relief from muscular tension. It regards pain as a symptom of lack of motion. By restoring motion to an area, circulation returns and pain can be reduced or eliminated by a fresh blood and oxygen. Heart Center Therapy

This dialoging technique is guided by the wisdom of the heart and helps dissolve beliefs, mental blocks and trauma from the cells that may have held pain, confusion or separation. This deep form of healing is done in a space of safety, love and compassion and does not require reliving the trauma.

Energy Session

A transforming, session that is profound yet extremely gentle. Releasing, and bringing balance and harmony to the entire body. This may include Guided Energy work, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and/or Cranial Sacral. (Wear comfortable clothing).

Lymph Drainage
